At The Purrfect Bites, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases.

We recommend you read our Return & Refund Policy prior to making any purchase from our website. We also recommend our customers to immediately inspect any goods received from us, to ensure you are completely satisfied with the goods, including that the goods are of acceptable quality, and match the description we have provided to you.

There are 2 types of Return policy available on The Purrfect Bites website, depending on the product’s nature. All perishable goods, e.g., desserts are non-returnable.

1. Order cancellation as 24 hours
2. Reimbursement within 3-5 business days

 

Desserts 

Due to the nature of the products, all desserts are non-returnable.

All dessert items are not returnable due to the product’s nature & hygiene reason. For any orders that are incomplete, incorrect or damaged, kindly contact our Customer Service Team.

Our Customer Service operates daily from 10am - 5pm.
Details and Proof of purchase must be presented to our Customer Service Team upon inquiry.
Without a receipt or any proof of purchase, The Purrfect Bites may not be able to process a replacement and/or refund.

  • For incomplete orders, refunds will be issued to you via your original payment method.

  • For incorrect orders and/or damaged dessert items, the replacement items will be delivered to you at our expense. 

 

For any ordered product that is unavailable, our Customer Service Team will contact you with 2 remedies available:
A. Amend your order and replace with another product of the same value; OR
B. Process with a full refund for the unavailable product ordered.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at our contact page.
